The AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation apprenticeship unit offers a comprehensive pathway to safely and effectively executing AI-enabled change across an entire organisation. You’ll gain essential skills such as managing workforce reskilling and role redesign, conducting incident response planning, and monitoring active systems for bias, drift, and security vulnerabilities.
