The Digital Support Technician apprenticeship might be the perfect fit for you! As a Digital Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of maximising the effective use of digital technologies, productivity software and digital communications in organisations. You’ll be operating a range of digital information systems and tools, maintaining and supporting service delivery, as well as responding to enquiries using digital channels.

This exciting apprenticeship has two specialist pathways to choose from, allowing you to tailor your skills to the needs of your organisation. The first pathway, Digital Applications Technician, will help you develop the skills needed to maximise the use of digital technologies and adapt to changes in technology to increase productivity. The second pathway, Digital Service Technician, will allow you to support external customers and clients through digital channels, coach and support them in their use of digital systems.

Through this apprenticeship, you will gain valuable skills in data modelling, relationship modelling, data analysis, and digital learning. You will use digital office technologies and collaborative tools to support service delivery and share information effectively.
