In this blog we discuss the importance of stress awareness month in recognising the impact of stress on our lives and workplaces. It emphasises that stress can affect our mental and physical health, productivity, relationships, and overall well-being.
However, stress is manageable through talking about it, practicing self-care, and creating supportive workplaces. Employers can contribute to reducing stress levels among employees by creating a positive work environment, providing mental health resources, and promoting work-life balance.
Overall, stress awareness month encourages prioritising mental health and self-care and working together to create a workplace culture that values and supports well-being.
